Mr. Gene Kelly

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gene Kelly is the Chief Financial Officer of COTI. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor (HBComm) and spent six years in public accounting with Clarkson Gordon. He brings to the company extensive experience from his 16-year career with the Cuddy Group of Companies a large multinational multiplier turkey breeding company where he held various positions up to his current position as Director of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement. These other roles included: Director of Finance (Cuddy Farms), Vice President Commodity and Industry Affairs (Cuddy Foods) and Vice President Strategic Implementations (Cuddy Farms). Mr. Kelly will devote sufficient time to discharge his duties as Chief Financial Officer of COTI.
