Mr. Bruno Maruzzo

Mr. Bruno Maruzzo (BSc., MSc. MBA) has joined the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Maruzzo has worked with a variety of public and private high technology companies in both the computer and life science sectors, where he held positions in a range of areas including business development, corporate development, investor relations, engineering management and general management. He has also worked in the venture capital field sourcing, assessing and making investments in early-stage, technology-based companies in Canada and the US. Mr. Maruzzo is currently also Director, Business Development, ChondroGene Ltd, Toronto, Canada.
